INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

1) STANDARD TIMELINE

Mamacouture's products would reach most countries within 7 to 10 working days. However, in case you need priority delivery, please do contact us at customercare@mamacouture.co.in or call / message / whatsaap us +91 8882073783 and we will surely help you. J

2) PAYMENT

We accept All International Credit Cards for payments through our secure payment gateway on our site.

(Cash on Delivery is not allowed during international purchases i.e, currently only present in India.)

3) SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $150 (INR 10,000), and below that we have a flat charge of $20 (INR 1400).  As per international practices, as you are the recipient, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

4) DELIVERY PARTNERS

We deliver via UPS, Aramex, Fedex, DHL, etc. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day. NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

5) TRACKING OF ORDER

Once dispatched, Mamacouture will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by. You can then use that for further tracking.

6) RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at customercare@mamacouture.co.in within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

- All shipping costs, and any duties to be paid by us shall be borne by the customer.)

-Tracking Id. must be shared with us at customercare@mamacouture.co.in within the 3 day period.

- Order Number and Customer Name must be written on the parcel clearly (at the back).

- Upon receipt by us, a quality check shall take place and then refund/exchange will be approved.

- Exchange and Refunds are applicable. In case of Refunds, the full amount less all shipping charges, including any duty fees paid by Mamacouture to receive the parcel will be refunded back to the customer. Once refunds are approved the amount takes 7-8 days to reflect.

7) EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Mamacouture reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.

8) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We follow very quick processing practices, hence cancellation of international orders is permitted only within 10 hours of placing the order.
